Islamabad: A post shared on the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi's (DHAI-R) official Facebook page on November 23 announced a change in the deadline for submitting the application form for residential plots in the Overseas Sector in Phase IV.
According to the information, the DHAI-R administration has changed the application deadline for residential plots measuring one kanal in size in the Overseas Sector from December 12 to November 25.
The administration was grateful for the enthusiastic response from the respected members. It was mentioned that there were just a few plots left, thus the authority had to adjust the date. Additionally, the administration has stated that the election is anticipated for early December 2022.
It is important to remember that on November 15, DHAI-R announced the opening of the Overseas Sector with a limited number of 1 kanal residential plots. These plots are offered with a payment plan that lasts up to three years. In December 2024, the plots are anticipated to be distributed to their owners.
