Karachi: According to the DHA's official Facebook page, the administration of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi has announced that the fee schedules for the various services provided by the authority have been amended.

All members are urged to visit the authority's website at www.dhakarachi.org for more information. The new charge schedule will go into effect after January 1st.

In addition, the administration has revealed that DCK Heights in Sector 14 of DHA City Karachi is now allowing developers and builders to begin building their visionary projects with a 20% down payment. There are 17 plots comprising 800 square yards available for members in DCK Heights. The deadline to submit an application for these plots, however, was December 26, 2022.
