The Malir Development Authority (MDA) on 23rd June 2022 (Thursday) informed general public though a notification published in daily newspaper that urged allottees of Taiser Town Scheme-45 to clear their outstanding dues in order to get possession of their plots and start construction on thier plots.
According to the news, the MDA has taken actions against illegal construction and reclaimed a large area of land by undertaking an effective anti-encroachment drive against encroachers in Sectors 84, 11, 85, 38, 77, 52, and 48. It was stated that the encroachers were pushed off the land in order to complete the scheme’s development work. In addition, the administration stated that it will continue to recover land from encroachers in other sectors as well.
MDA has requested the allottees of Taiser Town Scheme 45 to pay their outstanding dues and obtain a possession order. Allottees can also get physical possession of their land and start construction of houses on their lands. The allottees can also contact MDA office for further assistance.
